General Introduction

Reasons for Account Termination

hbaej reserves the right to temporarily or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activities against the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to gain an unfair advantage through unethical means.
• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.

Deposit Terms

To deposit funds into hbaej, we support Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The maximum deposit amount is set and may vary according to account level and applicable policy.

• Deposits must always come from your own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, it will be added to your hbaej wallet.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, the support team must be notified with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. In special circumstances (such as during an identity verification process) this time may be longer.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• A national identity card or other documents may need to be submitted for identity verification.
• hbaej reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

Welcome Bonus

hbaej offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. After receiving this bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.

General Promotion Policy

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, wagering requirements, and eligibility criteria.
• While one bonus is active on an account, another bonus cannot be claimed, unless an exception is stated in the promotion terms.

A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% weekly cashback at the Diamond level. Staying active and complying with platform policies is required to receive VIP benefits.

Fair Play Policy

hbaej believes in fair play. Using any kind of fraudulent software, bots, automated tools, or any strategy to gain an unfair advantage on our platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated immediately and all funds earned may be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbaej platform:
